Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy All scheduled sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the original booking link. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited without refund. A new session must be booked and paid for to continue. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances and family emergencies may arise. In such cases, please communicate as soon as possible so that rescheduling can be considered. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided for all discovery calls. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and will be automatically rescheduled. It is the client’s responsibility to reach out to request a new time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund. A new session must be booked to continue. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: Attending sessions on time Using the original booking link for rescheduling Communicating any conflicts as soon as possible Payments All payments are non-refundable.
